Met a nice lady when I went to the jewelry store. I had a watch that I wore to work everyday, it needed a little piece on my band clip that was bent and kept falling off my wrist. Randy was in the back and the nice lady brought him the watch and said it's a challenge but he doesn't like to lose.

For Christmas 2023 I sat down with Randy and designed two Ying Yang pendants for my hubby and myself. They came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! My hubby was surprised and shocked at how beautiful his was. The entire staff is awesome and I highly recommend this place… this place is definitely a hidden gem in Osseo.

As a new customer, I stopped by in a pinch on a Thursday when my wife had her favorite necklace break. She was hoping it could be fixed in time for a wedding we were leaving for the next day. They were able to squeeze me in to fix the necklace the same day. Such great people! Will definitely be back.

Got my rings soldered together here - would definitely recommend! By far the best deal around and they did great work. Very nice in there as well and fast.

Look at this beautiful custom made pearl ring Randy crafted for me. I went in on a whim to clean my jewelry and had a old piece I wasn't fond of anymore due to the outdated setting. He helped me select a new setting for my pearl and two weeks later, I get to bring this beauty home. So happy with my finished ring.
